Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with you purchase.  If you are not happy, we do accept returns or exchanges. Our refund and returns window lasts for a period of 7 days from the time you received the item. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange. 

Instrument Trade-In Policy

All of your instrument trade-in credit can be used towards up to 70% of the purchase price of an instrument of greater value.

Bow Trade-In Policy

Trade-in Value is for Instruments Purchased from W. Violins Shop.
Instruments purchased from other stores will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

Shop Credit can be used towards up to 70% of the purchase price of an instrument only of greater value
Instruments marked “special item”, and consignment sales may be excepted from this policy.
We reserve the right to alter this policy at any time.

Penalty Policy  : 

Befor 1 year : Payment total + Late fee for months $10

2 years to 3 years : The payment total penalty for failure to file and pay is 47.5% (22.5% late filing and 25% late payment) 

After 3year : Payment total
​                       Payment total + Every Monthly 22.5% late filing fee and 25% late payment.

 Filing fee : Payment total fee 22.5%     / Late payment : Payment total fee 25%
